We started Monarch Concierge in 2014 with a simple idea: if a cleaning company sends the same people, learns your home, and charges a flat price, you never have to think about cleaning again.
That idea hasn't changed. We hire carefully, train thoroughly, and keep our teams small enough that every client has a direct line to someone who can help.
Today we serve families, offices, landlords, and property managers across Greater Cincinnati. The business is bigger, but the approach is the same - do the work well, show up when we said we would, and make it easy to reach us when something comes up.
